SUMMARY

The webinar will address the current regulatory framework applicable to biological products for agricultural use, addressing the distinct regulatory categories and their respective authorization, registration, and compliance requirements. It will discuss the roles of the competent authorities, applicable regulatory pathways, and key challenges faced by the sector. In addition, the webinar will provide a medium-term regulatory outlook, with an analysis of the implementation and expected regulatory developments arising from the new Bioinputs Law, which is anticipated to enter into force this year.
